The studio
A small practice for founders who need a working product, not a deck.
I ran it full time through 2025 and still take a few projects a year alongside my work at Inglow. The approach is the same each time: a fixed scope, a short build, and a product you own outright when it ships.
TODO: one sentence from a client about working together.
What I share
Every build is documented while it happens: what the scope was, what changed, and what it cost in time. Clients see the board from week one, not at handoff.
I also write up what I learn about the business side: where clients come from, how to vet them, and what a contract needs to say.
How I work
- Scope. One call, then a contract that names the single feature that proves the idea. If we can’t name it, we’re not ready to build.
- Build. Two to four weeks on a foundation I’ve shipped before: auth, payments, email, analytics. You see it after the first week and every week after.
- Hand off. You get the code, the deployment, and the docs. No retainer required, though I stay around.
If that sounds like what you need, book a call.
